About the Role

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
