About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Diversified. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Provide clear leadership and ownership for projects, including accurate and timely verbal and written communication.
  • Ensure appropriate and frequent communication between stakeholders, providing support and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Perform field verification of prospective work sites, documenting all issues and keeping stakeholders informed of potential issues and solutions.
  • Coordinate all drawings and documentation between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating and directing design reviews to ensure proper documentation in the field.
  • Provide punch-list of remaining tasks after substantial completion, coordinating training and turnover of projects to clients, service departments, and sales teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
  • Deep knowledge of electronic security systems and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license in their state of residence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction trades and settings.
  • Certified Security Project Manager – CSPM.
  • Lenel Certification knowledge.
  • Genetec Certification knowledge.
Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. PMP certification from the Project Management Institute preferred.
