About the Role

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites, which can be physically demanding and require long hours.
