About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at MCM-D'Lusso Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
    • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals
    • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
    • Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
