Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at BELFOR. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Project Documentation and Administration
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation, including reports, invoices, and contracts.
    • Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Assist clients with project-related matters, including scheduling, budgeting, and project status updates.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
    • Assist with reception duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary administration courses or certification.
    • 1+ year of prior restoration experience, insurance, and/or construction coordination.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Physical Demands
    • Frequent lifting from 5-40lbs, unassisted.
    • Occasional lifting from 41lbs+, assisted.
    • Access and mobility in tight spaces.
