Job Title: Regional Business Manager

At Impres, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our highly motivated team of pharmaceutical sales representatives in promoting our products to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use evidence-based selling to drive sales and provide up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge, and territory management to team members.
  • Communicate regularly with management on the status of team skill development, activity, and sales performance.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and field insights.
  • Complete all administrative tasks, including call reporting and expense reporting, within designated timeframes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience as a field sales trainer is an asset.
  • Ideal completion of CCPE designation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for coaching people to maximum performance.
  • Unusual level of drive, competitive spirit, and track record of achievement.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Computer software literacy, including Microsoft Office.
