Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales objectives by effectively managing the deployment of Territory Managers, respecting Key Accounts and Regional plans.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain superior account relationships, ensuring a mutually profitable partnership between Lindt & Sprüngli and our customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the market.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to Territory Managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, Territory Managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
