Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management
Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits, ensuring that costs are aligned with business objectives.
Menu Planning and PricingDevelop and implement menu pricing strategies to balance revenue growth with customer demand.
Staff ManagementLead and motivate a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Inventory ManagementOversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant operates in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Marketing and PromotionContribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
SkillsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Computer SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
Working ConditionsThis is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional overtime required.
