  • Facilitate the flow of information within the clinic
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications
  • Organize and confirm patient appointments
  • Process insurance claims and related documentation
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Order medical supplies and oversee inventory management
  • Establish and implement office procedures
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically
  • Initiate and uphold confidential patient records
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Word
  • Experienced with MS Excel
  • Familiar with MS Windows
  • Skilled in MS Outlook
Experience Requirements
