The successful candidate will work in a clinical setting, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the flow of information within the clinic
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, both electronic and paper
- Organize and confirm patient appointments
- Process insurance claims and related documentation
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Order and manage office supplies
- Establish and implement office procedures
- Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare documents for review
- Initiate and maintain confidential patient records
- Perform data entry tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

- Hours: 40 hours per week
