Position Overview

The role of the Healthcare Administrative Coordinator is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support both the clinical staff and our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Conduct interviews with patients to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Insurance Processing: Complete necessary insurance and other claim forms accurately.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
  • Documentation: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a medical or administrative setting.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
