Position Overview

As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator at Sukh Physiotherapy Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for providing high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Complete insurance and other claims documentation
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Order office supplies and oversee inventory management
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Digitally enter and format medical reports and correspondence, as well as prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Draft meeting agendas and accurately transcribe and distribute minutes
