Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all leads from various sources to drive sales growth.
  • Meet individual and departmental goals to contribute to the company's success.
  • Promote new business and expand our customer base through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including participating in product training.
  • Set and achieve monthly productivity goals, planning and organizing strategies to reach objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models.

  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to achieve deadlines.
