At Petro Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
* Order merchandise and ensure that inventory is properly organized and maintained
* Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
* Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that sales targets are met

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* English language proficiency
* Availability to work 40 hours per week
