* Assigning sales workers to duties to ensure optimal sales performance
* Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
* Authorizing payments by cheque and managing cash to maintain accurate financial records
* Ordering merchandise and authorizing returns to ensure inventory levels are maintained
* Selling merchandise and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
* Organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
* Supervising and coordinating activities of workers to ensure efficient operations
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week and be fluent in English.
