Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and manage cash.
- Sales and Merchandise: Sell merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and order merchandise.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
- Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
- 3-4 people to supervise
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
