Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to join our team at the Provincial Health Services Authority. As a Medical Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
  • Prepare and distribute medical reports and documents
  • Provide reception and telephone support to patients and staff

Requirements
  • Grade 12 graduation and completion of a medical transcription program
  • 1 year of recent experience in a medical administrative role
