About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Cosmetic World. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the movement and storage of goods.
  • Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain work records and logs, and monitor personnel workloads and locations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Materials and Supplies Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and initiative.
