Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that merchandise is properly stored and secured.
  • Merchandise Coordination: Coordinate the receipt and processing of merchandise, including unloading, storing, and stocking shelves.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales and customer service.
