About the Role

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure that all stock is accurately tracked and stored.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with our supply chain team to ensure that all inventory is received and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the warehouse, and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
