About the Role

Quantum is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to support the company's growth and development. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple business units, including manufacturing, import, and OEM production.
  2. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the CEO and executive team to achieve corporate goals and maximize profitability.
  3. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and business unit profitability.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team, including department heads and functional leaders.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to enhance productivity, resolve issues, and optimize business processes.
  6. Accountability and Performance: Implement systems to hold teams accountable for performance, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly review performance metrics and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
  8. Hands-on Involvement: Maintain a hands-on approach, particularly in manufacturing, to stay connected with operations and address critical issues proactively.
Requirements
  1. MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is required.
  2. Proven experience in senior leadership roles, including managing large teams within a company or through business ownership.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  4. Very high level of bilingualism to work with clients internationally.
  5. A successful track record in establishing KPIs, strategic planning, and execution to drive business growth.
  6. Extensive experience in financial management and budget oversight.
  7. Prior ownership experience or significant operational leadership is required.
  8. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
