Your Responsibilities
- You will handle incoming calls and schedule transportation services accurately and promptly for our non-emergency Patient Transfer Division.
- You will deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- You possess strong English reading and communication skills.
- You hold a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Logistics or Call Centre operations.
- You are capable of working independently.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
- You can manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as necessary.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Graduation from an Emergency Telecommunications program is considered an asset.
