About the RoleThe Client Support Specialist will provide technical support services to administrative staff within the Division of Housing & Ancillary Services. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing training and documentation, and collaborating with Network Operations staff to research and implement new technologies.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment and systems in classrooms and special events
- Collaborate with Network Operations staff to research, plan, and implement new technologies
- Provide training and documentation to administrative staff
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team and clientele
- Undergraduate university degree or college diploma
- 1 year experience providing technical support in a business environment
- Preferred: 3 years experience providing technical support in an educational environment
