About the Role

The Lead Guest Services Team Member - Customer Experience Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is ready to assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The candidate should be knowledgeable of store operations and our commitment to quality and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising employees and general operations of the store
  • Providing excellent customer service to respond to customer needs
  • Assisting managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
