Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Lead - Facilities to join our team. As a Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of service technicians to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
