Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Guest Services Team Member. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train employees to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain store operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Assist managers with tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail operations or customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
