Position Overview

The Lead Guest Services Team Member plays a crucial role in overseeing staff and managing the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities to effectively address customer needs. This individual should be self-driven and ready to assist management with various tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and operate efficiently. A solid understanding of store operations and a commitment to quality service are essential.

Compensation

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience or familiarity with retail operations
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to foster a customer-centric environment
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other necessary equipment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check is mandatory
