Food Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Review the efficiency of daily operations.

- Supervise staff performance and development.
- Organize and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Recruit, schedule, and train personnel.
- Establish and enforce operational procedures and service standards.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers for food and inventory needs.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service.
