Position Overview

As a Project Administration Officer at DV Kitchens & Baths, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Your expertise in administrative functions will support our team in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Enhance Procedures: Assess and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Team Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Work Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in developing operating budgets while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks as required.
  • Office Coordination: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that arise.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess and evaluate administrative processes.
  • Budget Control: Plan and manage budgetary expenditures effectively.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experienced with Project Management Software and Database Software
  • Familiar with Google Drive and WordPress
  • Knowledgeable in Social Media platforms and electronic communication tools
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in project coordination or a related field
  • Work Environment: Various locations, primarily within a construction setting
