About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our project managers and teams, including preparing and maintaining project documents, reports, and records.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our office support staff to delegate tasks and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology and Software: Utilize various software applications, including MS Office, MS Project, and Google Drive, to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
