About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology and Tools: Utilize project management software, database software, and other tools to support project administration.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with a focus on construction company projects.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software.
