Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with a focus on construction company projects.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software.
