About the Role

Aerosports Parks is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, manage expenses, and maintain financial records.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Technology: Manage and maintain office technology, including software, hardware, and networks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions
