Trademark Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Trademark Assistant to join our team at Kent Legal. As a Trademark Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize trademark docketing software to manage trademark portfolios
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark applications
  • Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including data entry and document management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of CIPO's online systems and Inprotech docketing software
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of trademark services
Requirements:
  • Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate or Law Clerk Degree
  • Strong knowledge of CIPO's online systems and Inprotech docketing software
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with document management systems, such as iManage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
