Job Description

Freshii Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Staff Management: Manage and train a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
