Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, Positano Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure maximum profitability.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits to identify and mitigate any risks.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The role will require the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
LanguageThe primary language of communication for this role is English.
Work TermThis is a permanent role.
HoursThe successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
