About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a leading healthcare facility. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10 culinary professionals to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Manage food orders and inventory with ease, utilizing strong organizational and technical skills
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
