About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at NGC Transport Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and internal teams.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to critical documents.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.Requirements and Qualifications
    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
    • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, accuracy, and reliability.
    • Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent work term, and 30-35 hours per week.
