About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at FFCL COURIERS INC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
  • Task Management: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and presentation development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, multitasking, flexibility, judgment, organization, team player, accuracy, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, and quick learner.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
