Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 10735124 CANADA Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless restaurant operations.

Inventory Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure quality standards.

Staff Supervision and Coordination

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Quality Control and Assurance

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Work Scheduling

Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
