Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be working in a team-oriented setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
