About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Concession Supervisor to join our team at Saffron Hub. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Service Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP education
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Dependability
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality of our food service.
