Job Summary

Saffron Hub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Concession Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and hire food service staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Work Environment

As a Food Concession Supervisor at Saffron Hub, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and be required to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
