Business Development Representative

Eny Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and social media.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and subject matter experts to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
