Business Development Representative

AGAT Laboratories is a leading full-service laboratory with a strong presence across Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to promote our portfolio of services and drive business growth in the Geotechnical Materials Testing sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and grow our customer base.
- Manage business relationships with assigned accounts and generate new business opportunities in alignment with our values and objectives.
- Support the creation and execution of business plans to meet and exceed budget expectations.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as science or business.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver clear and concise sales presentations and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently and as part of a team.
