Job Title: Business Development Representative

AGAT Laboratories is a leading full-service laboratory with a strong presence across Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to promote our portfolio of services and drive business growth in the Geotechnical Materials Testing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and grow our customer base.
  • Manage business relationships with assigned accounts and generate new business opportunities in alignment with our values and objectives.
  • Support the creation and execution of business plans to meet and exceed budget expectations.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as science or business.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise sales presentations and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently and as part of a team.
