Le Groupe Master is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Business Solutions team in the Central Region. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for mobilizing and developing sales teams to drive growth in the Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Residential markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilize and develop sales teams for the Business Solution market in the Ottawa Territory
  • Ensure the evolution of their performance and commitments
  • Create and execute sales growth plans in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives
  • Ensure the execution of standard sales processes and extract maximum value and opportunities at each stage of the value chain
  • Promote the product ecosystem to create opportunities and competitive advantages
  • Identify new customers, establish new relationships, and develop new markets
  • Manage existing customer accounts and have preferred relationships with senior executives
  • Implement stakeholder knowledge development plans on products, systems, industry trends, and developments
  • Maintain and improve relationships with manufacturers
  • Resolve or escalate issues with manufacturers and address sensitive matters with customers
  • Create and maintain synergies with the distribution group to generate cross-selling opportunities and strategic advantages
  • Promote, apply, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Manage and audit quality processes.

Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of French and English languages (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Superior negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, auditory, written and presentation skills
