Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate special prices and conditions with customers and/or vendors as per established criteria.
  • Take necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
  • Proactively suggest associated and/or alternate products to customers as needed.
  • Promote focus product items to generate incremental sales.
  • Inform the appropriate person of customer feedback regarding price, products, service, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on various product lines and broaden system knowledge.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of industry experience preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience.
  • Good French communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated people skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of products and services sold within our market.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
