We are seeking a **Jr Technical Sales Representative **for GF Piping Systems Canada's **Quebec location.** This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager / pre-insulated based in Quebec. The Jr Technical Sales Representative will be considered as a potential succession for the Regional Sales Manager.

**Summary**:
As a Jr Technical Sales Representative your main objective will be to contribute to the growth of pre-insulated product by identifying and supporting new revenue levers and business development opportunities. You will also contribute to the optimization of our current business processes and various operations occurring in our organization. As part of your function, you will be working closely with the various departments of our Canadian operations to ensure seamless support of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of product specification, sales and after sales service to consulting engineers, distributors, contractors and direct users;
- Identify new customers;
- Maintain and expand existing customer base;
- Quotation, follow up and project management;
- Provide technical/engineering assistance to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed technical studies, training in mechanical, civil, electrical or engineering background;
- 2 years sales experience and demonstrated technical sales support;
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time (15% the first year);
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrate good customer service and teamwork skills;
- Good communication skills: bilingual (French & English) required;
- Time management, CRM usage and organizational skills;
- Knowledge or experience related to piping and/or electrical systems an asset.
