Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our dynamic environment at ROWDY'S BAR. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Oversee the activities of other staff members.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Provide advice and support to senior management.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain and oversee the digital database.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required.
