Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization.
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and clients.
    • Judgement and decision-making skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
