- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Personal Suitability
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and clients.
- Judgement and decision-making skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work language: English.
